Classic Badges reads records that are already in Android Health Connect. If something is missing, these checks show whether the problem is access, the source app, or Classic Badges.
Open Classic Badges → More → Health Connect access. Each data type says Allowed or Not allowed. Allow only the data you want to share. Older history and background access are shown separately.
Open Health Connect → Data and access → choose the category and data type → See all entries. If the missing step, sleep or workout record is not there, Classic Badges cannot read it. Open your watch or tracker's companion app, make sure the device itself synced, and check that the companion app is allowed to write that data type to Health Connect.
Open Classic Badges or pull down on Today to refresh. Checked means the Health Connect request finished. Data last changed means the values Classic Badges received actually changed. A recent check does not prove that another app supplied a new record.
More than one app may write steps, distance, calories or workouts. Review the source priority for that data type in Health Connect. If you only want one source, remove write access from the other source apps. Classic Badges uses Health Connect's aggregated totals for cumulative activity instead of adding raw step records itself.
In Classic Badges, open More → Send diagnostic log. The app creates a small file only when you ask. Release builds mask health values, and you choose the app and recipient that receive it. Include what data type is missing, which companion app supplies it, and whether the record appears in Health Connect. Contact: [support email].

Not a medical device. Classic Badges reads available Health Connect records.
